Position Overview
The Coordinator, Training Support is a Human Resources and Learning & Development role responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and supporting employee training programs across the mine. The position ensures employees receive the technical, safety, compliance, and professional development training required to perform their jobs effectively.
