Assistant Lecturer in Human Resources Management Job at TICD

Tengeru Institute of Community Development (TICD) is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Assistant Lecturer in Human Resources Management. Responsibilities:

• Teach Human Resources Management courses up to NTA Level 8, equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree level.
• Prepare learning resources and instructional materials for tutorial exercises and classroom teaching.
• Conduct research, seminars, workshops, and case studies in relevant areas of specialization.
• Supervise students’ academic projects and research activities.
• Prepare teaching manuals, course outlines, and other academic documents.
• Participate in consultancy assignments and community service activities under supervision.
• Assess students’ performance and provide academic guidance where necessary.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution with a GPA of 3.8 or above.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution with a GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management principles and practices.
• Ability to teach, conduct research, and supervise students’ projects.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an academic environment.
• Commitment to professional ethics and academic excellence.
