Project Facilitator Intern at ClimaCare Tanzania

ClimaCare Tanzania is seeking a proactive and organized Project Facilitator Intern to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of climate adaptation and environmental protection projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in project management, community development, and sustainability to gain practical experience while contributing to impactful environmental initiatives.

Based in Mtwara, Tanzania, this on-site volunteer internship focuses on community-based climate adaptation and environmental conservation. The selected candidate will work closely with project teams, community members, youth groups, and local stakeholders to support project activities, track progress, and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Assist in coordinating project tasks and ensuring timely execution of activities.
• Engage with youth groups and community members during project implementation.
• Collect basic field data, observations, and community feedback.
• Help document project success stories, achievements, and lessons learned.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities by tracking project progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders on project-related initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and organizational events.
• Represent ClimaCare Tanzania in community forums and outreach activities when required.
